But there are only two Bel™ radar detectors recommended for use in Australia, and that is the Bel STi Driver (the portable unit) or the Bel STi-R PLUS (the hidden / installed version).
For customers in Australia or New Zealand, the Bel STi Driver is rebranded as the "Bel XR" whilst the Bel STi-R PLUS is called the "Bel XRC"

Our Prowler PRS5-STi radar detector / laser jammer package combines a stealth STi driver radar detector plus a Conqueror M18 laser jammer. The STi radar / laser detector is invisible to all police RDDs (radar detector detectors) such as the VG-2, Stalcar II, III and IV (Australia) as well as Spectre II, III and IV (USA / Canada) - which means it cannot be electronically detected. The STi provides good warning of radar based speed cameras, and "dash mounted radar" in the highway patrol cars. The dual head M18 laser jammer gives you advanced warning against laser speed guns, by blocking the gun from acquiring your speed for a few seconds - enabling you to safely check your speed.

The PRS3-STi package includes a hidden installed STi-R stealth radar / laser detector designed to be completely hidden in your vehicle, and a hidden installed Laser Interceptor dual head laser jammer for a 100% completely stealth radar / laser system. The radar STi-R radar antenna is mounted in your front grill or even behind your front bumper, whilst the audio alerts and tiny threat display screen are discretely hidden in your dash. A small remote control unit controls the STi-R's volume, mute and power, whilst the Laser Interceptor has its own separate kill switch. These two products represent the best performance available anywhere in the world...
